Iris get's bored when no one is home and she does what comes natural, she sharpens her claws on anything that works for her. So we gave her a manicure. These are little plastic nail caps. You put a couple of drops of glue in them and then you slide them over her nails and voila, a manicure that won't scratch the furniture. As you can see, she didn't mind. It looks to me like she likes them. You can get them in clear or color, just about any color. We chose green to match her eyes. People think up the doggonest things and make a lot of money from it. Keep thinking, all of you, and maybe someday you will come up with a great money maker.
